Yesterday I was able to go to Disney Springs‘s new area, called town center. I parked in the new lime parking garage and it lead right into the town center. I thought that it would be crowded and full of people being that it was opening day but it wasn’t. It was actually very nice and quiet. It didn’t have the typical Disney Springs traffic.
The look very Spanish Mediterranean modern style. The buildings are big and the walkways are spacious. Town center houses many places to eat, places to shop, and relax. While not all stores and places were open, some were and they were so nice!
Here is a list of the new places coming to town center:
- ALEX AND ANI
- American Threads
- Amorette’s Patisserie
- Daily Poutine
- D-Luxe Burger
- Edward Beiner
- Everything But Water
- francesca’s
- Johnston & Murphy
- kate spade new york
- Kipling
- L’Occitane En Provence
- Lucky Brand
- MAC Cosmetics
- Melissa Shoes
- Na Hoku
- Pandora
- Sephora
- Sperry
- Sprinkles
- Tommy Bahama
- UGG
- Under Armour Brand House
- UNOde50
- Vera Bradley
- Volcom
- ZARA
- Yesake
Like I said, some of these are already open and you can more info on them here. As you know, I pretty much life off cupcakes and macarons, so you know I had to check out Sprinkles. I was expecting a huge, long line to get in but no. There was a line, but I stood there for about 20 minutes. Now the cupcake ATM, yes that’s correct. An ATM for cupcakes had a much longer wait. But I opted to go inside. I had been waiting so long for a Sprinkles to open here so I wasn’t going to miss out! I got 2 cupcakes (red velvet, and vanilla) and they were just as I dreamed!
So besides these famous cupcakes, they do have ice cream, shakes, floats, and cookies. And if you plan to go there often, sign up for their loyalty program(free) and you can earn points and get free cupcakes! First one on them 😉
After walking off the cupcakes, it didn’t help that I ended up at Amorette’s Patisserie. I can’t hear the word patisserie because I head straight to it. Surprisingly, I stopped right in front of it, which worked out perfectly!
As I walked in, I knew this was unique. They have the bakers making the delicate desserts off to the right and you can see the effort and precision it takes to make them perfectly just for YOU. Then, you are greeted where they treat you like a guest of honor and talk about the beautiful, unique, desserts. The desserts are in pull out trays like at an expensive jewelry store. I have never see desserts so sophisticated with such beauty. Almost too pretty to eat….almost.
While the choices were tough because everything looked so good, I went with 2 macarons, and the Dancing with Pavlova which was meringue, Strawberry jelly, and Chantilly. It tasted like perfection. Everything was different, different flavors and different textures. I seriously felt like Remy from Ratatouille as he enjoys all the different flavors.

You will be pleased with town center when you check it out. There is something for everyone and of course, it’s in Disney Springs so you still have everything within short distance. Entertainment was live and everywhere along Disney Springs so you can honestly spend a good amount of time there and enjoy yourself and your family.
