Double the diamonds, double the challenge

It’s February 1st of 2021 and there are still some races that are virtual only. I am signed up for a few, one of first ones being the The Diamond 10K. This will be the second time, but definitely different. This time around, it’s ALL virtual, with an included Double Diamond virtual challenge. Let me break it down for you:

The Virtual Diamond 10K

Complete your run anywhere in the galaxy as a virtual participant! All virtual participants will receive:
– Official race bib
– Signature tank top
– A genuine diamond necklace “finisher’s medal”
– Virtual Goody Bag
– Virtual Training Program

If you know Endure Jewelry, you know her past Diamond 10K was a successful event and the medal, aka a diamond necklace was amazing.

Then you have the Double Diamond Challenge(which obviously I am signed up for) Look at everything that comes with it:

The Double Diamond Challenge

Run double the distance (two 10Ks) and receive double diamonds! All participants will receive the same swag at The Virtual Diamond 10K AND
1- Additional, limited edition genuine diamond necklace to compliment your Diamond 10K necklace
1- Limited edition hat

Here is what you will get among other goodies. Sunny has really outdone herself with what you get when you sign up for this race. Whether it’s the 10K or the Double Diamond Challenge.

Some like to run as a family with the littles. There is also a kid’s race!

Kid’s Race
Kids can join in on the fun! This event is for kids of all ages up to 12 years old.

– Medal

There are also tons and tons of things you get in your virtual goody bag! Want to see who is in there:

I know some races have started to come back with social distancing in place and limited capacity. But I am not yet comfortable to be out there in a large group yet. You know, anxiety and all….so for now and for some time, virtual races is something I have enjoyed. It is something you can do at your own time at your own pace, or you can do it on the dated race day. Totally up to you. That is the beauty of a virtual race. You do you!

If you are interested in running the Virtual Diamond 10K I suggest you sign up NOW and click HERE to do so. Why? Well you saw everything that comes with sign up above. Sooo much swag, the virtual goody bag, virtual training programs, a diamond necklace that you can forever commemorate your accomplishment, and a hat and tank top so great you can wear for race day! Also registration closes in 9 days, on February 10, at 11:59pm PST. The virtual Diamond 10K has 5 spots left!!!! And the Double Diamond 10K has some left.

This is a great opportunity to get active if you are looking for some motivation, or need something to train for. I know 2020 was rough and the beginning of 2021 hasn’t been much different. It will take time and if you are looking for a change in routine or want a challenge, this is a great way to start. Especially with that Double Diamond Challenge. You all know how I do with challenges. I go big, but also realistic. Race day is February 28. So let’s see what happens. I am hopeful and looking to have some fun. I am hoping to beat or meet previous PRs. I did win 1st place last year. But with a second 10K right after….let’s see how my body and brain respond. But I have a plan…
