If you are keeping up with #BeatTheSun challenge, the new stuff is out. A quick little recap on what Beat The Sun challenge is, it’s joining tons of runners from all over the world to take part on June 21st, the longest day of the year with your own Beat The Sun challenge. There is of course the ASICS Beat The Sun challenge where you can apply to be 1 of 24 runners to take on running Month Blanc with professional athletes.

They are releasing tips on stretching and strengthening periodically and they just posted week 3 & 4. For these weeks, the coaches are giving tips on intensity and getting faster while maintaining your focus.
#BeatTheSun challenge is very rewarding in many ways because it is something you can set yourself. It’s a challenge you do for YOU. The tools are all there to help you, the best nutrition to properly fuel your body, the best moves to help strengthen your legs. There really is no excuse as to why you can’t beat the sun.
So why don’t you set the bar, write it down, and show yourself what you are made of?? I think you have what it takes to #BeatTheSun You are a RUNNER. Do you understand what that means? That takes guts, determinations, dedication, and mental toughness.
I think it’s a pretty fun, and exciting challenge to do while keeping yourself in line. Especially if you aren’t currently training for any other race or just want to spice up your training!
