Running with injuries isn’t fun. Living with chronic pain is worse. At least when you have an injury, most of the time you can recover from it and continue with no issues. Having Fibromyalgia, it is a difficult condition to live with. Especially when it flares up.
Fibroymalgia is musculoskeletal pain throughout the entire body. It comes with several other symptoms that vary from person to person. But most commonly is tiredness, having difficulty focusing, aka “Fibro fog”, the dreaded migraines, IBS, joint pain, anxiety and depression.
I have been suffering from Fibro for years. I do take medication for it but the most effective medication for it has been being active. But when that horrendous fibro flare up appears, there is nothing I can do. My symptoms are pretty normal I guess except that certain things can’t touch my skin. It feels like fire and burns. It flares up my already chronic migraines, and I am most comfortable on the floor. I get covered in bruises and there is nothing to subside the desperate widespread pain.
There is a way I have been surviving it. I have been using compression sleeves and socks to survive the flare up I am currently going through. I don’t even know if this post is making any sense(fibro fog) I am just writing things as they come to mind. I just want to share how UNBELIEVABLE these compression products are. I am on day 3 of my flare up and I am keeping it from getting worse. PRO Compression is keeping the pain at bay on my arms and legs. Besides them not being too tight, they are keeping my skin from coming in contact from things that irritate my skin. They increase blood flow which helps too, especially when I throw a heating pad on.
I have been using the PRO Compression for some years now to ease my Fibromyalgia pain and it works. I also use them for being active and recovery but I mainly use them for my medical conditions and they work WONDERS! I can’t believe I took this long to use them. Fibromylagia sucks, and so does Fiber Neuropathy(nerve damage in my legs) PRO Compression does just what I need to ease my chronic pain and makes my walking a bit easier to manage.
