We all have that ONE pair of shoes in a series that we go head over “heels” for. Those pairs of shoes we try to stock up on before they are gone because they are so amazing that you need to have as many as them as possible. You all know I am a devoted ASICS runner right? I have been running in the Gel-Kayano series for as long as I can remember. I first started in the GT-2000 then switched to the Kayanos. But the Gel-Kayano 23 by far has been my FAVORITE pair in the series yet!!! I know you all know what I am talking about.
Cinderella had it right, proof that one pair of shoes can change your life. Each time the shoe companies release the shoes in each series, they sometimes make minor to major changes. The ASICS Gel-Kayano usually has minor changes and the 21s were my favorite until the 23s. So why not tell you all the things that make them so great??
23 reasons the ASICS Gel-Kayano 23 are fabulous:
