#GoRunIt with Coach Kastor

If you read my last blog post, then you all know how amazing and helpful coach Kastor is. He has been running for a pretty long time, lots of cross-country, track, and road running. He has a degree in Exercise Physiology.  After graduating college, he created and coached a non-profit running club called the High Sierra Striders. He is now the head coach for the ASICS Mammoth Track Club and the LA Road Runners.

He has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! He has given me tips and tricks to surviving training with my curving spine. Now here is the cool part for YOU….on Tuesday, October 20th, TeamASICSNYC, ASICS, and coach Kastor will be hosting a live chat at 12pm PST. ASICS, along with myself and my other teammate for the New York Marathon, and the help of coach Kastor, we will be tweeting about tips and tricks to YOUR questions!!!

So if you have a question, or want to know our pre-race tips then join the fun! I’ll be there and would LOVE to see you all there as well, click here for more info. OH YEA! I almost forgot to mention the best part….one lucky person who joins the chat will win $170- worth of ASICS gear!?!? I repeat, ONE lucky winner will WIN $170- in ASICS gear!!!

Tweet this to let ASICS know you are ready for the chat! Just make sure you are following Coach Kastor and ASICS on twitter, and tweet your questions to @ASICSamerica with hashtag #GoRunIt.

You’ll see #TeamASICSNYC2015 and I’ll see YOU there!
