Tape like a PRO

If you haven’t noticed KT Tape has been up to many big things lately. They are on a roll between the Pro Oxygen Tape and the Ice sleeve…and now this. Pun intended. Just recently they released a new app….no, not a new taping app, an actual mobile app for you to use as a tool. You can be your own Pro taper!

I downloaded it and had a lot of time to play around with it and here are some notable features I want to bring to you about the app:

.- While it’s made for mobile, you can also download it onto some tablets. It’s available on Android and Apple for free.

.- The mobile app was developed with Sports Medicine Professionals that will honestly have you taping like a Pro.

.- There are step-by-step guides for the most common areas that are taped. My favorite part about this is that each video is divided into sections. If you need to go back to a specific part of the video to rewatch a taping you need extra help with, all you have to do is click on that section.

.- Another great positive note, many of you are running races or logging in miles away from home. What does that mean? You sometimes need taping. Not just because you might be injured, but many tape just for prevention. I do both. My body constantly gets cranky and taping areas that revolts against me helps. 

.- A feature that makes life a little easier is that they have a store on the app! You can find the right tape, recovery goodies, which if you haven’t tried you are missing out, and your favorites super easy to purchase and have them at ease.

.- It is user-friendly and easy to navigate through all the top applications from back to toes as well as a few articles to read.

.- A top mention, at least in my opinion, is that you can download much-needed videos. I mean, let’s be real, sometimes we end up in places that don’t have great reception like the top of a mountain. And you need to hike back down and don’t remember how that very much-needed app for your aching calf goes. Never fear! You have it downloaded in the app! Tape it up and you are ready to hike back down the mountain to safety….and internet.
